Returns & Refunds Eligibility

At Umme Jannah, we ensure the highest quality in every piece. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ You received a damaged or faulty item.
✅ You received the wrong item or size.
✅ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are NOT applicable for:
❌ Change of mind or dislike of the product.
❌ Wrong size ordered by the customer.
❌ Colors appearing different due to lighting or screen settings.
❌ Customized or pre-order items.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at ummejannahofficial@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram/Facebook within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2️⃣ Attach clear images of the item showing the defect or issue.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.

Refund Process

• If eligible, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit or bank transfer (as per your choice).
• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or defective products.
• If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you can choose a different product of equal value or request a store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
