Exchange & Claim Policy

At Umme Jannah, your satisfaction matters to us. Kindly review our policy below:

* All purchases are non-refundable.

* Please review our real product videos on Instagram before placing your order. Our team is happy to guide you prior to purchase.

* Exchange is only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in saleable condition, with original tags and invoice intact. Change of mind is not accepted.

* Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

* For hygiene reasons, Hijabs, Undergarments, Inner Caps & Accessories cannot be exchanged.

* Altered or customized items are not eligible for exchange or claim.

* Approved claims are processed within 3–5 working days.

* The company’s decision regarding exchange or claim will be considered final.
